The RAISE (Ranking and Accreditation for Institutional Success and Excellence) Department at Alliance University, Bengaluru, plays a strategic role in strengthening the University’s academic quality, institutional performance, and global standing.

The department spearheads initiatives related to national and international rankings, accreditations, and quality assurance, working collaboratively with academic and administrative units to drive continuous improvement, compliance, and excellence across the University.

Functions

Quality at the Core of Alliance

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is a pivotal entity within RAISE – Alliance University, dedicated to ensuring and enhancing institutional quality across academic, administrative, and financial domains.  

Develop and maintain an institutional database through Management Information Systems (MIS) to enhance institutional quality.

Serve as the institution’s central agency for coordinating quality-related activities, including the adoption and dissemination of best practices.

Document various programs and activities leading to quality improvement.

Organize intra- and inter-institutional workshops and seminars on quality-related themes and support quality circles.

Disseminate information on various quality parameters to all stakeholders.

Collect and analyze feedback from all stakeholders on quality-related institutional processes.

Create a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education and faculty development, fostering knowledge and technology adoption for participatory teaching and learning.

Set parameters for various academic and administrative activities within the institution.

Develop and apply quality benchmarks.
