Dr. V. Shyam Kishore obtained his Ph.D. degree from the University of Madras on the topic: “Law Relating to Derivative Action and Protection of Minority Investors: A Critical Study”. He completed his LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Services Law from the prestigious National University of Singapore, Singapore. Dr. Shyam secured second rank during graduation in B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the School of Indian Legal Thought, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala.
Dr. Shyam possesses more than a decade of teaching experience both at the undergraduate and post graduate levels in various universities across India. He specializes in teaching corporate and commercial laws. His area of research pertains inter alia to the field of corporate governance, contract law and legal theory.
Dr. Shyam has to his credit publications in various journals of national and international repute including Scopus indexed journals.
Dr. Devaiah N. G.

Dr. Devaiah N.G. is an accomplished academician and administrator with over 15 years of experience in higher education. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Madras and has a distinguished academic record, including a gold medal for his M.A. in Public Administration from Madras Christian College.
Dr. Devaiah’s academic journey bridges both Law and Public Administration. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Delhi and completed his LL.M. from Kuvempu University. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Laws and Management from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi.
His research and teaching interests lie at the intersection of law, governance, and public policy. He has authored two books — E-Governance in India and Quintessence of International Politics — and continues to contribute scholarly work in these areas. Dr. Devaiah is also passionate about mentoring students and has successfully guided aspirants in preparing for various national-level competitive exams. Beyond academia, Dr. Devaiah is an off-roading enthusiast and has deep passion for wood working.
Dr. Mukul Saxena

Dr. Mukul is a soldier and a scholar. He holds a Ph.D. from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and is a Master’s in Public Administration (Edward Mason Fellow), Harvard University, USA. During this period, he was awarded the John Kenneth Galbraith Public Service fellowship and was the only Indian in the Diversity Committee. He is also an LL. M. in International Human Rights Law, University of Essex, UK, a Draper Hills Democracy Fellow, Stanford University, a Chevening Gurukul Fellow for Leadership and Excellence, London School of Economics and Political Science, United Kingdom. He has also attended the workshop on 'Civil Military Response to Terrorism,' Naval Post Graduate Academy, Monterey California.
Alongside his academic career, Dr. Saxena has a very strong armed forces and public policy profile. He is an alumnus of the prestigious National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, Pune, he served in the Indian Army for more than two decades before taking premature retirement. As a Colonel, he has the distinction to command an Infantry Regiment and one of the ten Territorial Army (Home & Hearth) Regiments in the Indian Army. In addition, he has served in the National Security Guard and the Rastriya Rifles in Kashmir. He was awarded twice by the Indian Army for selfless devotion to duty. During this time, he also became the first Child Advocacy Fellow to the Harvard Law School, USA and later, served as a consultant to the National Commission for the Protection of Child Rights, New Delhi.
Dr. Saxena comes with strong interdisciplinary experience with a cross section of law and policy in specialized areas of ESG, public policy making, international human rights law, the law of armed conflict, international law of peacekeeping, human rights and development, national security laws, child rights and refugee law. In addition, he also specializes in life skills training, subjects relating to military leadership, adaptive leadership, personal capacity building, immunity to change.
