Nurturing the Innovators of Tomorrow

Our AU IIC was established as part of a national initiative by the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India, to strengthen the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within higher education institutions. It serves as a catalyst for innovative thinking on campus — creating an environment where ideas are encouraged, creativity is nurtured, and entrepreneurial aspirations are supported.

Through structured programs, hands-on initiatives, and national-level engagement, the Council empowers students and faculty to develop innovative solutions with real-world relevance.

The Foundation

In 2022, the AU IIC was established under the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell (MIC) and the AICTE framework. Since its inception, AU IIC has been instrumental in promoting innovation, design thinking, and entrepreneurial skills among students and faculty across disciplines.
