The program gave me the space to reimagine, explore, experiment, reflect and strengthen my self-efficacy. It equipped me with tools to interact with my studies in a way that made my research journey one of the most compelling journey till date.

Some of my field experiments went off-track during my initial research. I was little disappointed but I believed in turning them right. The faculty encouraged me to see the chaos as part of learning. I learned to adapt, redesign, and actually enjoy discovering insights no textbook would teach.

I spent hours observing how teams actually work and observed where the real questions come from. My mentor helped me make sense of the patterns myself and that’s when my research really started to click.

My experience pursuing a Ph.D. at Alliance University has been exceptional. Distinguished by its exceptional research milieu, which fosters multidimensional learning opportunities, the liberty to select a supervisor independently and engage in unbridled scholarly discussions with any professor have expanded the horizons of my research.
