The Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Painting and Sculpture is a four-year professional undergraduate program designed for aspiring artists passionate about exploring and mastering traditional and contemporary art practices. This course provides a rigorous and dynamic curriculum that fosters creativity, technical proficiency, and critical thinking through hands-on studio work and theoretical engagement.
Students begin with foundational courses in drawing, design, and art history, and gradually progress to specialized training in painting and sculpture. The program nurtures individual expression while grounding students in the principles of form, material, composition, and conceptual development. With access to well-equipped studios and mentoring by experienced faculty, students experiment with a range of media, from oils, acrylics, and watercolors to clay, wood, metal, and mixed media installations.
Through exhibitions, critiques, workshops, and collaborative projects, students gain exposure to diverse artistic approaches and professional practices. By the final year, they develop a personal portfolio and a capstone project that reflects their unique artistic voice and conceptual depth.
