Kaushalya Spandana

Through our CSR initiative Alliance Kaushalya Spandana, we empowered women from Hakki Pikki Village by providing comprehensive vocational training in sewing machine operation.

The structured certificate program combined theoretical instruction with hands-on tailoring skills, enabling participants to pursue sustainable livelihoods. Upon completion, selected women received donated sewing machines — supporting income generation, self-reliance, and improved socio-economic well-being.
